Meet Brandon

Brandon Wood – Your REALTOR® Friend – brings a thoughtful blend of marketing expertise, hospitality-driven service, and genuine connection to every real estate experience. Based in Nashville and proudly serving the entirety of Middle Tennessee, Brandon is known for his approachable style, sharp communication, and unwavering dedication to his clients’ goals.

Born and raised in the coalfields of West Virginia, Brandon later graduated high school in Southern Illinois before making his way to Clarksville. It was there he fell in love with the rhythm and charm of Middle Tennessee while earning a B.S. in Public Relations from Austin Peay State University. His background in high-end hospitality after college honed his intuition for people, details, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Brandon’s journey into real estate was a natural evolution, combining his passion for people, his love of home, and his knack for strategic marketing. He first launched his career with the Nashville Home Guru team at Compass, where he sharpened his skills as both a licensed agent and marketing lead. Today, he serves buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee as a proud member of the Hometown Team at Compass. In addition, Brandon plays a key role in new construction as Sales Lead for highly-respected local builder, Patterson Company, guiding clients through one of the most exciting phases of homeownership.

As a founding member of the Nashville chapter of Compass Young Professionals and an active member of Greater Nashville REALTORS®, Brandon is committed to professional growth and community impact. He sees Middle Tennessee as the best of all worlds—vibrant, yet grounded—and is proud to help others plant roots and invest in its thriving market.

From the first conversation to the closing table, Brandon approaches each relationship with heart, hustle, and a genuine commitment to his clients’ success. His goal is to create a smooth, informed, and rewarding real estate journey built on trust, transparency, and lasting connection.
