
Meet Christy
After years of making new home sales on-site, Christy transitioned to a new role — new for her and a new position for Patterson Company — as our Online Sales Concierge.
In this role, she is the first point of contact for potential homebuyers and guides them through the process of selecting a neighborhood and floor plan that fits their needs. She’s like a Life Coach for homebuyers, helping them with timelines, prequalifications, and budgets, even connecting them with listing agents if they have a home to sell.
Learning about the homebuyer’s needs and wants makes for a very productive first visit to Patterson Company’s model homes, where the on-site agents that work hand-in-hand with Christy are briefed about each buyer.
One of the most exciting parts of Christy’s job is launching new neighborhoods. When Patterson Company announces a new neighborhood in the greater Nashville area, Christy lets our database of homebuyers and cooperative REALTORS® know all the details as they are made available, giving them the opportunity to be among the first homeowners in the new locations!
There is a reason we call it a VIP Interest List, and that’s because Christy provides concierge-level service to guide Patterson Company’s future homeowners through the purchasing process.
